Audio Systems Engineer NEW!

We're looking for someone who can help us design and develop the next generation of patented Radiance-1™ audio system.

Responsibiities:

  • Design and develop the next generation of Radiance-1™ audio system.
  • Plan and prove the concepts and features that will be added to enhance the unit
  • Propose advance architectures that will help us create a rich roadmap and help us stay ahead of the pack
  • Advanced problem solving and frequent customer interaction to gain what the issues are and how to make improvement.
  • Help sustain production and solve issues that might arise in manufacturing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong passion and drive towards excellence
  • Excellent understanding of audio in general
  • Ability to design and implement embedded systems from start to finish
  • Ability to keep a balance between risk and rewards in design and implementations
  • Experience in system design & integration of mixed signal systems
  • Experienced in the use of Matlab and other simulation tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and quickly prototype new ideas
  • Excellent knowledge of test and measurement equipments for audio and others.

Production Planner NEW!

We're looking for someone who can help us manage production and creation of the next generation of patented Radiance-1™ audio system.

Responsibiities:

  • Create and maintain a Production Schedule in support of the Master Schedule while participating and leading continuous improvement initiatives Create and maintain Production Orders in support of the Production Schedule that accurately allocates the required materials.
  • Ensure material availability to the production line by shortage tracking, expediting, and rescheduling as required.
  • Interface with Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Manufacturing Engineering on material strategies to ensure production flow.
  • Analyze, define, and maintain production line inventory stocking parameters.
  • Monitor and maintain MRP planning parameters for responsible manufactured items .
  • Maintain MPS performance metrics; Report on root causes and corrective actions when schedule adherence drops below desired goals.
  • Manage purchasing and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree is desired with 7+ years as a production planner in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP system.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience with project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and detailed oriented.
  • Assumes ownership for getting the work done.
